Day 79 - 100 Day Wool& Challenge

 

Still #teambasic with my Everett layered over my Woolx Remi long-sleeve tee on top of my Amazon fun patterned leggings and my favorite burgundy Allbirds Wool Runner shoes. No socks!

Here you can really see the fun pattern - Viv Collection leggings are so soft and comfy, even if they are synthetic. These are several years old and just don't wear out.

Day 78 - 100 Day Wool& Challenge

 

The severe weather from yesterday is gone but the winds left us with roof damage and our power out due to a blown transformer on building away from us. We have a generator that runs the whole house (manual connection), so we are good. Didn't make for the best night of sleep, so still team basic.

I've been on the search for a crinkle style long-sleeve white cotton blouse for months. Something big enough to toss over short-sleeve tees. Someone is a Facebook group (Travel Fashion Girls) mentioned this one at Sam's Club. I quickly ordered a L and and XL, not knowing which would work best. The price was perfect, it's 100% cotton, and the sleeves can be rolled for 3/4 length with button tab.

So today I tried layering it over my Everett with no idea how it would look. Well, I think it worked out pretty good (even better without the heavy joggers, but it's chilly).

Day 77 - 100 Day Wool& Challenge

 

A weather aware day - we're under a tornado watch until later today, severe thunderstorms and high winds are already moving in. So I dressed for comfort - again. What a surprise - not! My Everett is layered over another Segments shirt in teal along with my teal high-top Allbirds Mizzles Wool Runners. The leggings are the same as yesterday - Minus33 midweight from Amazon (too long, but comfy & warm) and the socks are Forcool wool ankle socks (and teal colored) again.
