Day 22 - 100 Day Wool& Challenge

 

Today I'm nice and warm with my Coldwater Creek wool cape that I snagged on ebay for $22, my Allbirds wool mix leggings, and my Amazon tank top under it all. I love the color mix.

When we get back from our cruise I will be working on sorting out what will work for our European vacation and taking some photos so I remember (as well as adding to my packing list - yes, I'm a planner). I will also take time to clean out more clothes that do not mix with my best colors. I think I'm a warm autumn but have been able to wear black since going gray, so not sure how that changes things.

Day 21 - 100 Day Wool& Challenge

 

The weather has turned colder, so it's time for layers again. Tossed on my Land's End black turtleneck and Cuddl Duds black leggings. 

For fun (not to wear all day, but to see if it worked), I dug out my silky, sheer butterfly kimono that I picked up on a cruise for $10 a few years back. I have three of them, one definitely wouldn't work color-wise, one was black and I thought I was already wearing enough black, then there was this one. I like it!

And did you notice I moved my purses to the side so I'm not as scrunched in the photo? LOL!

Day 20 - 100 Day Wool& Challenge

 

Ahhh, freshly washed and smelling, well, no real smell. I much prefer Woolite to the NikWax Wool Wash. Today I tossed on some comfy leggings and threw my Pashima shawl from ebay over my shoulders. I'm not sure how much I will use the shawl, but I was definitely warmer. I didn't notice how bunched up it was under my hood and my eyes are looking up, but hey, it's a photo! And the colors work...
