Spring Allergies - Achoo!

Runny noses, itching eyes, post-nasal drip, ticklish throat, sneezing all day - it's that time of year. 

I never had allergies until late in life and it's no fun. I visited an ENT back in 2021 because my nose was running all day. I'd blow - nothing. Then it would start running again. He prescribed two sprays and I've been using them ever since.

One of the side effects of the steroid spray is bloody noses. After months of still sneezing (almost every evening), I opted to stop the sprays and see if the bloody mucus/clots would stop. The good news is it has and the better news is the runny nose is gone for now. I blow 2-3 times a day and I still sneeze.

Now if I could just stop the sinus headaches...
